ZERO V.O.C. ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNOLOGY

 

 

DESCRIPTION

Pure natural emulsion paint for application to Tar/Bitumen and concrete roads.

Available in White, yellow, red and Black.

For other colours please contact your self-coat dealer

 

PRINCIPAL CHARACTERISTICS

  • ZERO V.O.C. (Volatile Organic Compounds)

  • No noxious fumes of odours during application

  • Quick drying

  • Low dirt pick up

  • Supplied ready for brush, roller or spray application

  • Excellent adhesion properties

  • Cleaning of equipment is conducted with water

  • Drying time:  3 – 5 minutes @ 21 Celsius

White, yellow, red, black.

White, yellow, and red with sheen finish: black-Matt.

Thinner:

Must not be thinned.

Specific Gravity:

1 – 2 Approx 65% Solids by mass.

Flash point:

Water proof, not flammable.

Viscosity:

55 seconds approx. (Ford cup4).

Shelf life:

Min 2 years +

Application:

Spray, Brush, or Roller.

 

 THEORETICAL SPREADING RATE

 1 m/litre at 25 micrometers DFT. 

The theoretical spreading rate stated here is for a DFT of 25 micrometers on a smooth surface for reasons of convenience and comparison.  The user must calculate the practical spreading rate.
