New galvanized

Rinse the roof thoroughly with a hydrochloric pool acid. Diluted with 4 parts water. Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry

Apply UNDERCOAT primer for 1 coat

Apply PAINT of colour choice. Allow for two coats

Previously painted galvanized

Remove all paint, wash thoroughly and allow to dry. If roof is to be waterproofed treat as described under waterproofing

Apply UNDERCOAT primer. Allow for one coat

Apply PAINT of colour choice. Allow for two coats

Rusted galvanized

Remove all loose and flaking rust. Do not use a rust remover due to chemical reaction with paint products witch could cause flaking

Treat with two coat METAL TREAT saturating the rusted areas thoroughly

Apply PAINT of colour choice. Allow for two coats

Concrete roofs

Remove all dirt and grime and loose flaking particles. If practical hose down the area and clean thoroughly. Allow to dry

Apply one coat UNDERCOAT. Allow to dry and apply one coat of SEALER

Apply PAINT of colour choice. Allow for two coats

Tiled roofs

Remove all dirt and grime and rinse thoroughly

Apply one coat of the UNDERCOAT mixture

Apply PAINT of colour choice. Allow for two coats

Thatched roofs

Ensure that the thatch is well packed and dry

No primer is required

Apply THATCH PROTECTION.by means of spray. Renewed application every 7 years does away with the need of rethatching. Allow for three coats

Knotty pine ceiling furniture. wooden frames, brick works, cement paving

Remove all dirt and loose or flaking material

Temperature controlling of buildings

Remove all paint, dirt and grime and loose or flaking particles. If practical hose down the area and clean thoroughly, if rusted areas are present remove all loose and flaking rust

Prime with METAL TREAT on metal roofs where rust are present and with UNDERCOAT / PAINT mixture . Apply one coat of METAL TREAT prior to UNDERCOAT on rusted areas

Apply colour of choice PAINT. Allow for two coats

Acquiring tile texture on metal roofs

Remove all paint and wash thoroughly. Treat rusted areas as follow : remove all loose and flaking rust. Do not use a rust remover due to chemical reaction with PAINT products witch could cause flaking

Treat with 1 coat METAL TREAT. If rusted areas are present saturate areas with METAL TREAT and apply one coat of Charcoal or Mod-Brown METAL TREAT taking care to cover areas thoroughly

Apply PAINT texture by spray. Allow for two coats
