Repairing extensive cracking and leaks such as parapets, flashing and major leaks on concrete roofs


Remove all dirt and grime and loose flaking particles. Remove any existing material such as Butimen, Tar, Malthoid, Dampseal, etc, if practical hose down the area and clean thoroughly, allow to dry


Prime the entire surface with clear UNDERCOAT (do not mix with PAINT) Allow for one coat


If the entire surface is to be sealed paint with SEALER by brush. Allow for one coat. Finally apply PAINT to ensure ultra violet resistance and to acquire the colour needed. Allow for two coats

Remove all dirt and grime and loose flaking particles. Remove any existing material such as Butimen, Tar, Malthoid, Dampseal, etc, if practical hose down the area and clean thoroughly, allow to dry


Fill the crack with exterior filler and allow to dry.

A. Prime the entire surface with SEALER. Apply one coat of SEALER.

B. Apply membrane on areas to bne sealed and work through with a stiff brush expelling any air bubbles. Saturate the membrane with a coat of SEALER and allow to dry. The SEALER should extend for a minimum of 125mm onto the surface treated and up the wall and over the crown for parapets and flashing


Apply a final coat of PAINT to acquire the colour needed. Allow for two coats
