Truck liners, trailers, caravans, farm implements, etc

Remove all fittings, roll bars etc. Clean the surface thoroughly. Anti-rust found on most new pickups must be removed completely by scraping, sanding or sand blasting. Roughen the entire surface to be rubberized to ensure proper adhesion. Mask areas not to be sprayed. Treat any rusted areas on old  as follows : remove all loose and flaking rust. Do not use a rust remover due to chemical reaction with PAINT products which could cause flaking

If rusted areas are present, saturate areas with METAL TREAT and apply one coat of PAINT taking care to cover areas thoroughly

Apply RUBBERISING by spray. Allow for two coats on sides and minimum 5 coats on floor, depending on the resistance required. It is recommended to apply a final coat of PAINT over the RUBBERISING for a smoother finish and added abrasive resistance. Remove masking tape immediately after spraying. Allow to touch dry between coats. It is recommended to rubberize on rainy days as the drying time increases. RUBBERISING takes approximately 8 days to fully cure and until fully cured the surface would not be subjected to full loading or chemical exposure

Neutralizing vibration sound on earth moving equipment, factory offices, etc

Strip down the entire cabin so that only the cabin shell remains. Roughen the entire surface to be treated by scraping, scratching, sanding or sand blasting. Drill holes in hollow pipes and square tubing to allow the spray gun nozzle to penetrate inside hollow areas. Clean the surface thoroughly

Apply one coat METAL TREAT

Apply RUBBERISING by spray as described. Ensure that RUBBERISING is sprayed in between all potentially vibrating units. Spray into hollow areas to increase sound absorption. Allow for 1 - 2 coats

P. S. Use a No 30 sandpaper to roughen surface embedded in the undercoat
