1. All Goods returned are subject to a 15% Handling Charge. Mixed colours are non

returnable and regarded by Self-Coat London as special orders.

2. No Goods accepted for credit unless returned within 48 hours and invoice number and

date stated.

3. Subject to the Consumers Guarantee act 1993 procured items are non-returnable.

Indented products are non-returnable.

Subject to the Consumers Guarantee Act 1993, the company gives no warranty on any

product or service performed beyond that offered by the manufacturer or supplier, and the

judgement of the manufacturer or supplier as to validity of any claim is final and binds the

company and the purchaser.

The Company's Liability in the event of a valid claim will not exceed the sale price of the

goods concerned.

The Company is not responsible for any damage resulting from goods being

a) applied or used by an unqualified tradesman

b) Applied or used in untradesman like manner

c) Adapted to a use for which they are not intended

All Goods are consigned by the best route and become the purchaser’s responsibility at the

time they leave the company's premises. If Goods are signed for "in good condition” from the

freight carrier then these goods are the responsibility of the signer.

Insurance is the purchaser’s responsibility from time and date of delivery as signed for.

Every care is taken in packing which is performed free of charge unless shown on the invoice.

All Goods are sold in broken cartons though full cartons will help speed up delivery.

Returned Goods will not be accepted unless made within 48 hours from date of invoice and

accompanied by a packing slip. Freight charges are non-refundable and transportation

charges must be prepaid on goods being returned. Subject to the Consumers Guarantee Act

1993 procured items are non-returnable. All goods may be credited at the discretion of Self-

Coat London Ltd. but credits must be taken up against future purchases. No account refunds

will be given.

Payment is to be made in full no more than 30 days from the date of invoice or date of

purchase. Interest of 2.5% per month (30% pa from date of Purchase) is payable on all

overdue accounts made at the discretion of Self-Coat London Ltd. All costs incurred by the

collection of the said debt is to be paid in addition to the said debt.

Interest will be charged on accounts not paid on the due date.

12. Title of Goods shall not pass to the vendor to purchaser until such a time as the goods

have been paid for in full. The purchaser grants the vendor the right to access to any

premises or vehicle over which the purchaser may have control to enable the vendor to at any

time repossess goods which have not been paid for in terms hereof.

13. Ownership of the goods shall be retained by Self-Coat London Ltd until payment is made

in full for the goods and all other goods supplied by Self-Coat London Ltd. If the goods are

sold or if they become constituents of other products which are sold by the customer prior to

payment for them then the proceeds of sale of those products shall be the property of Self-

Coat London Ltd and the customer shall be liable to account for them to Self-Coat London

Ltd. If the customer defaults in making any payment to Self-Coat London Ltd or if any creditor

takes any steps to recover monies due by the customer or has grounds in taking any steps

Self-Coat London Ltd shall be entitled to enter the remises where the goods are situated and

to take possession of the goods.

All prices are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to our confirmation.

Prices are in Great British Pounds Sterling and exclude VAT.

Contents shall remain stable for a period of 12 months if stored unopened, in a dry & cool

place.Standard Stock rotation policy is recommended.

Remain the property of Self-Coat London Ltd. Failure to surrender these on demand will

result in full replacement charge being invoiced to your account. The merchandisers are

supplied on the basis that only products supplied by Self-Coat London are displayed.

a) All sales over the Internet are subject to normal conditions of sales above. Sales will only

be valid if a current account holder.

b) Export Sales are VAT Exclusive, Freight will be charged to the nearest port. Freight

forwarding must be arranged by the customer.

c) In the event a valid account is not held with Self-Coat London Ltd or Criteria is not met to

become an account holder, the customers purchase will be forwarded an Official Supplier of

products supplied by Self-Coat London Ltd in that area.

d) In the event that a credit facility has not been approved cash in advance will be necessary,

only on the clearance of those proceeds can the shipment be released.

e) Self-Coat London Ltd has the right to refuse sale to any person(so) that it deems to not fit

its criteria.

18. Branding

All products shall remain branded and individually packaged as delivered, as Self-Coat or

B-Eco and are not intended for resale. Unless otherwise agreed with Self-Coat London

Head Office in writing.
